Intermezzo Restaurant Proposal for St. Elmo Courtyard

We would like permission to have exclusive usage of the portion of the patio in front of the restaurant, during service hours. 

1. As per our liquor license, we must partition off our service area and have exclusive usage during serving hours. We plan to use decorative barriers to partition off the area. 
2.  Our hours will be 5:00PM-9PM in the dining room and 4:00-11:00PM in the bar.  The courtyard will be in use between 5:00-9:00PM.
3. Our Liability Insurance covers the usage and alcohol consumption on the patio.
4. We have invested in tables that are already placed in the courtyard. 
5. We will take full responsibility for the daily surface cleaning of the courtyard beginning at 4 pm. 
6. A dedicated trash receptacle will need to be checked at 10 a.m., 12, 2, 4.
7. The tables and chairs are available for use until 4 pm by all others.  We expect them to be cleaned and ready for restaurant to take responsibility at 4 pm.
